Refunds can be provided by request. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Items must return in new condition and be unused. Please do not ship any items back without first contacting us. If there is a quality issue with any of the products we will stand behind it and remedy the situation. All products are inspected prior to being shipped so the likelihood of issues is low.
